The CRC has been developed by the Native Nations Institute (NNI) at the Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy at the University of Arizona with support from the Bush Foundation and the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation. The CRC has been designed with Native nation leaders, decision-makers, employees, citizens, and scholars in mind.
