ARTICLE II-MEMBERSHIP

SECTION 1. 

The membership of the Tule River Tribe shall consist of the following:
(a) All persons of Indian blood whose names a pear on the official census rolls of the Tule River Indian Reservation as of January 1, 1935; (b) All children born to any member of the Tule River Tribe, who is a resident of the reservation at the time of the birth of said children.

SEC. 2. 

The council shall have the power to propose ordinances, subject to review by the Secretary of the Interior, governing future membership, and the adoption of members by the tribe, provided that property rights shall not be changed by any action under this section.
